Privacy Notice

OpsCntrl is a pre-launch technology project. This notice describes the limited information collected through opscntrl.com when you choose to subscribe for launch updates. The website is operated by the OpsCntrl project owner in Saudi Arabia. For privacy questions, use the private contact form below; your message goes to the site operator and is not published.

What we collect and why

We request only your email address and a record of your consent to send occasional announcements about the launch and availability of OpsCntrl. Providing your email is optional, but necessary if you want these messages. We do not require a name, phone number, company details, or payment information to sign up.

Lawful basis and your choice

We rely on your explicit consent for launch-update emails. You may decline to subscribe or ask us to stop sending updates and delete the signup information at any time. Declining has no impact on your ability to view this public pre-launch site.

Service providers and where data is handled

Signup data is submitted to Netlify Forms, which stores form submissions and may run spam filtering. Netlify and its subprocessors may process data outside Saudi Arabia. Website hosting can also generate necessary security and technical logs. Submission notifications may be sent to the project owner's private inbox through Google's email services. We do not sell or rent subscriber addresses.

Retention and deletion

We keep your subscription information only while needed for the launch-update purpose, unless a longer period is required by law. We will remove it when you withdraw consent, request deletion, or when the purpose ends. Privacy requests are used only to address the request and to keep any record legally necessary to demonstrate its resolution.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw your consent. Submit your request below using the same email address you subscribed with. We may need to verify that you control that address before acting on a request.

Contact about privacy

This form sends a private message to the OpsCntrl website operator through Netlify. It is not public, and no personal Gmail address is displayed on this website.
